vegeta{\c{c}}{\~a}o nativa Brasileira foi suprimida visando
interesses econ{\^o}micos e a ocupa{\c{c}}{\~a}o do
territ{\'o}rio. Medidas legais surgiram no decorrer da
hist{\'o}ria do Brasil, visando um ordenamento ambiental e
territorial. Toda modifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o na
legisla{\c{c}}{\~a}o envolvendo a vegeta{\c{c}}{\~a}o nativa,
de Preserva{\c{c}}{\~a}o Permanente (APP) no munic{\'{\i}}pio
munic{\'{\i}}pio se encontrava nestas datas.
considerados no estudo. ABSTRACT: In the last centuries, much of
the Brazilian native vegetation was suppressed aiming economic
interests and the occupation of the territory. Legal measures
emerged throughout the history of Brazil, aiming at territorial
and environmental planning. Any change in legislation involving
native vegetation resulted in positive or negative impacts for the
territory. This study sought to analyze how and how much native
vegetation should be protected in Permanent Preservation Areas
(APP) in the municipality of Campina do Monte Alegre - SP
considering the rules of three legal frameworks of Brazilian
legislation, namely the 1965 Forest Code (CF), reformulations in
1989 and the 2012 Native Vegetation Protection Law (LPVN) and,
finally, to identify how adequate the municipality was on these
dates. The results show that the 1989 rules required larger APPs
and that the adequacy was low for the three Years considered in
the study.",
